Coping With Death & Grieving
Coping with death & grieving for someone we care about is one of life's most challenging experiences. It can be difficult to know how to deal with grief in a healthy manner. How we cope with the emotions created by death & grieving is unique, causing different people to heal at various rates. A key process is to express, not repress, your emotions. Active strategies to help move & release your emotions include: talking (join a group or seek therapy), journaling, art, & exercise in nature.
